Chadron State health science students accepted to professional schools
2010 May 11Students from the region are among the 30 Chadron State College have health science students accepted to professional schools beginning this fall. The students were honored during CSC's annual Health Professions Banquet at a Chadron restaurant at the end of the spring semester. Sixteen of the students are Nebraskans participating in the Rural Health Opportunities Program, a joint venture with the University of Nebraska Medical Center that is designed to provide health care professionals to lesser-populated areas of Nebraska. The other 14 were accepted to respective institutions through the traditional application process.
