Arai receives CSC scholarship

Chadron State College is pleased to announced that Shoichi Arai of Kamakura, Japan is the recipient of Leonard and Berdyne Butcher Eddy for $415 for the Fall 2017 semester. Arai, whose parents are Goto Kiyomi and Arai Mayumi, is studying biology at CSC.
