Barrett Brown receives a scholarship to CSC

Barrett Brown of Sidney, Nebraska, son of Steve Brown and Melissa Schultz received a scholarship to Chadron State College. Barrett received the Elta and George Spencer-Thompson scholarship for $500. Barrett is a junior at CSC studying Business.
