Barrett Browne receives a scholarship to CSC

Barrett Browne of Sidney, Neb., son of Melissa Schultz, received a scholarship to Chadron State College. Barrett received the Henry Freed Business scholarship for $600. Barrett is a junior at CSC studying business.
