Breeze Phillips a scholarship recipient at Chadron State College

Chadron State College is pleased to announce that Breeze Phillips of Evergreen, Colo., is a recipient of the Gold Presidential Scholarship for full tuition and the Bob and Babe Baumann Family Scholarship in the amount of $986.

Phillips, whose parents are Joe and Rene Phillps, is majoring in sports and recreation management.
