Callaway native serving on CSC Student Senate

Dalton Nelson of Callaway is serving as a member of Student Senate at Chadron State College this fall.

Student Senate meets weekly as the student body's representative organization and serves as its collective voice for institutional decision-making.

Nelson, a first-year member of the elected body, is a senator designated to one of CSC's three schools in the senate. He is a sophomore studying pre-medicine.

Nelson is a 2008 Callaway High School graduate. His parents are Greg and Mary Nelson of Callaway.

Chadron State, a member of the Nebraska State College System, offers about 70 undergraduate majors and endorsements, four master's degrees, numerous professional studies options, than 70 clubs and organizations, and a wide array of extracurricular activities.
