Chelsae Riggs Among CSC Scholarship Recipients

Chelsae Riggs of Bridgeport, Neb., has been selected to receive scholarship assistance to attend Chadron State College this fall.

Riggs has been awarded the $980 Ed Bieganski Annual Scholarship. The Ed Bieganski Scholarship is one of many awards made possible by generous donors to the Chadron State Foundation.

Riggs, a junior studying elementary education at CSC, graduated from Bridgeport High School in 2009 and attended Eastern Wyoming College 2009-2011. She is the daughter of Tim and Kellye Riggs of Bridgeport.
