Chelsea Haynes receives two scholarships to CSC

Chelsea Haynes of Auburn, Nebraska, daughter of Charles and Marlena Haynes, received two scholarships to Chadron State College. Chelsea received the Education Award Program scholarship for $1,500, and the Charles Wayne Ruff Stutheit scholarship for $264. Chelsea is a freshman at CSC studying biology.
