Ciferri receives CSC scholarship

Chadron State College is pleased to announced that Baillie Ciferri of Loveland, Colo. is the recipient of Fine Arts Tution Waiver- Art for for the Fall 2017 semester. Ciferri, who graduated from Mountain View High School in 2017, is studying Art Education at CSC.
