David Vilmar receives a scholarship to CSC

David Vilmar of Abaco, Bahamas, Son of David and Rochelle Vilmar, received a scholarship to Chadron State College. David received the Dora V Taylor Foreign Student scholarship for $128. David is a senior at CSC studying sports and recreation management.
