Jack Proctor Among CSC Scholarship Recipients

Jack Proctor of Lusk, Wyo., has been selected to receive scholarship assistance to attend Chadron State College this fall.

Proctor has been awarded the quarter-tuition Bronze Presidential Scholarship. The Bronze Presidential Scholarship, which is awarded to transfer students based on academic merit, pays one-fourth tuition for two years, an approximate value of $4,400.

Proctor, a junior studying range management at CSC, graduated from Niobrara County High School in 2009 and attended Casper College 2009-2011. He is the son of Bill and Geri Proctor of Lusk.
