Jessie Sturman receives a scholarship to CSC

Jessie Sturman of Lusk, Wyo., daughter of Mark and Heidi Sturman, received a scholarship to Chadron State College. Jessie received the Vida Mackey Memorial scholarship for $500. Jessie is a senior at CSC studying special education K-12.
