Joshua Mayer among CSC scholarship recipients

Joshua Mayer of Lincoln, Neb., is one of many students who have been selected for scholarship assistance to attend Chadron State College this fall.

Mayer, who will study biology, has been awarded the full-tuition Board of Trustees Scholarship and the $1,000 EducationQuest Foundation Annual Scholarship. The Board of Trustees Scholarship is awarded based on academic merit and pays full tuition for four years, an approximate value of $18,100. The EducationQuest Foundation Annual Scholarship was donated by EducationQuest, which has headquarters in Lincoln and provides free college planning services.

Mayer will graduate from Lincoln Southeast High School in May. He is the son of Lane and Krissa Mayer.
