Lissa Papousek receives a scholarship to CSC

Lissa Papousek of Quinn, S.D., daughter of Richard and Lorayna Papousek, received a scholarship to Chadron State College. Lissa received the W Merwin and Proudfit Memorial scholarship for $638.50. Lissa is a senior at CSC studying elementary education.
