Molly McGhehey among CSC scholarship recipients

Molly McGhehey of Alliance, Neb., is one of many students who have been selected for scholarship assistance to attend Chadron State College this fall.

McGhehey, who will study history education, has been awarded the quarter-tuition Silver Presidential Scholarship and the $750 EducationQuest Foundation Annual Scholarship. The Silver Presidential Scholarship, which is awarded based on academic merit, pays one-fourth tuition for four years, a total approximate value of $4,400. The EducationQuest Foundation Annual Scholarship was donated by EducationQuest, which has headquarters in Lincoln and provides free college planning services.

McGhehey will graduate from Alliance High School this spring. She is the daughter of John and Jane McGhehey.
