Shoichi Arai to participate in Wind Symphony Tour

The Chadron State College Wind Symphony members, such as Shoichi Arai of Kashiwa, , will be traveling to Wyoming and Utah to perform and attend both a clinic and a performance. The CSC Wind Symphony performance will be held at Casper College's Wheeler Concert Hall at 7:30, April 7. The symphony will then travel to the University of Utah April 9 to attend a clinic by the director of bands at the University, Scott Hagen.
