Stephanie Gardener receives a scholarship to CSC

Stephanie Gardener of Chadron, Nebraska, daughter of John and Carol Broome, received a scholarship to Chadron State College. Stephanie received the Elva Strom Martin Endowed scholarship for $1,070. Stephanie is a freshman at CSC studying family consumer science.
