Stephanie Steele among CSC scholarship recipients

Stephanie Steele of Osceola, Neb., is one of many students who have been selected for scholarship assistance to attend Chadron State College this fall.

Steele, who will study health sciences, has been awarded the full-tuition Board of Trustees Scholarship and the $1,000 Academic Achievement Award. The Gold Presidential Scholarship, which is awarded based on academic merit, pays full tuition for four years, an approximate value of $18,100. The Academic Achievement Award, which is presented by the Chadron State Foundation, is a one-time cash award that recipients use for tuition, fees, room and board.

Steele will graduate from Osceola High School this spring. She is the daughter of Robert and Catherine Steele.
