Zach Brown presents science research

Chadron State College student Zach Brown of Sterling, Colo., presented science research at the annual Nebraska Academy of the Sciences meeting in Lincoln on April 20.

A total of 12 Chadron State students and two faculty members were presenters during the event. Brown delivered a presentation about the effects of fire on fertility of soil in Chadron.

A group consisting of 19 CSC students and faculty members attended the academy's 122nd annual meeting, which was at Nebraska Wesleyan University.
