Meet CSC Admissions Ambassador Brooke Kramer

Graduate student golfs, gives tours and helps the food pantry

Chadron, NE (02/13/2024) — Brooke Kramer of Aurora, Colorado, is a Chadron State College Admissions Ambassador who leads tours for prospective students and their families.

She earned a bachelor's degree at CSC and is pursuing a master's degree in Organizational Management. She plans a career working with families and children in victim services.

"Criminal justice is all about the offenders, but the victims need help and services, as well," she said.

As a Graduate Assistant in the CSC Food Pantry, she creates social media posts and helps with educational campaigns about food insecurity, nutrition, and healthy eating.

She said her confidence has increased from the time she was in high school.

"My professors, advisors, coaches, and supervisors at CSC have given me the confidence to create and achieve high goals for myself. Thanks to Chadron State, I have more confidence and attempt to create and reach bigger goals," Kramer said.

In addition to her studies, and her work in Admissions and the Food Pantry, Kramer is a member of the golf team.

"Our annual spring break trip was great because it allowed us to bond outside of just golf. We won a tournament in Rapid City which was awesome and we won a few after that, as a team," Kramer said.
